The hotel's facilities are quite good, but unfortunately, when I was still fast asleep at 4 am, the noise of people walking back and forth, I don't know what, but it sounded like the sound of suitcases was very audible in room 805, and the water drain was a bit slow yesterday. Thank you.

Seriously Loved This Place! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast buffet was varied. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing with a royal theme, making them even more comfortable, especially during me-time.

The staff service is responsive, when getting out of the car the officer helps open the door/helps load suitcases/bags into the car. The hotel is luxurious with affordable prices, the hotel lobby interior is perfect, good cleanliness. There is a restaurant upstairs (when visiting there was live music) and a swimming pool with a view of Jalan Ring Road Jogja. Finding snacks around here is a bit difficult, (far from minimarkets). For the quality of breakfast, I think it needs to be improved, because when I ate lontong Medan, the lontong was hard, the spaghetti was served cold. The perfect thing in my opinion is the sumsum porridge, the best taste.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, especially when looking for parking, as the hotel seemed fully booked when we checked in. The room was spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub, and the price was quite affordable. I was very satisfied with my stay here, and the kids wanted to extend it, but unfortunately, it was already fully booked on the second day.
