The room is clean and quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, the shower water gets warm quickly, and it is close to the city center.

Honestly, this hotel can be recommended for a comfortable stay.

Check-in time at night needs to be improved, it takes 30 minutes to serve one guest. I even reprimanded them first, they weren't very responsive. Check-in at 1:00 a.m. was already tiring from traveling from out of town, but the service was poor.

Previously I had booked a NON SMOKING ROOM, but when I checked in the room was already full. Please improve the room arrangement according to the purchase order. Salute to Mr. VIRGA, the receptionist that night (if I'm not mistaken) who offered a solution to ozone the room first to reduce the smell of cigarettes in the room. And I was very disappointed with the receptionist's service at check out time, my family and I had left the room since 12:40 but because at that time the lobby was busy and the receptionist was serving other guests (maybe there were around 4/5 guests) so I decided to go to FRISQA Restaurant to ask for help reheating the food (thanks to the staff who helped) then I returned to the lobby, the receptionist was still serving guests. Then I decided to go to the parking lot to warm up the vehicle while arranging the luggage to the car. Half an hour later I returned to the lobby to confirm the checkout and the receptionist staff member was a complete ZONK (using bone conduction earphones, which I thought was a bit odd for staff to use earphones) asking for additional fees because I was late checking out, but after I argued, he said he had seen me walking back and forth in the lobby. PLEASE FIX THIS. Thanks.

A highly recommended hotel to visit, lots of food.

The food is delicious and affordable. The place is also close to the city, just a lack of parking space, but overall it's okay.

Recommended hotel, with a varied and delicious breakfast.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. I usually have trouble sleeping soundly in hotels, but I was able to sleep soundly at Batiqa. My next trip to Lampung will definitely be here again. Please maintain the service or improve it further.
