Clean, tidy, and a nice view. The room was clean and fragrant, but when I first arrived, the bathroom smelled of urine. I'll upgrade it next time. The AC in my room was leaking, but even though the technician had it fixed, it was still leaking the next morning. So far, so good. The staff are friendly.

Recommended, I want to come back again if I go to Bandung

The hotel is clean and comfortable, quite spacious for a room for 4.

View from the room's window... The location is very strategic.

The staff were all friendly, check-in was quick, it was close to restaurants, and the cleaning team was top-notch. The only downside was that the single bed wasn't firm on one side, so you had to sleep on the other side first.

April 30, 2026, just checked in at night, waited for the AC for 30 minutes but it still didn't cool down, then called the receptionist, the technician came not long, checked the AC and fixed the outdoor unit too, about 45 minutes to fix it, tried the AC and it started to blow cold air, the technician said the temperature was checked at 14 degrees, just wait for it to spread, okay, it didn't spread for an hour, it felt cold only in the AC line, then we got ready to sleep and when we lifted the pillow, there was a tomcat on the bed, finally my husband cleaned it himself because it was already 1 am. We had slept sweating and were afraid there was a tomcat too, the next morning when we complained via DM, they only responded like the ss I sent, so bad :(

The room, food, and facilities were all great. I booked it for an event. It was great, delicious, and highly recommended, except for the marketing. It wasn't great. Response time was slow, even though I booked it for a large event. Besides the marketing, everything else was fine.

The rooms are clean, there is a mini playground near the swimming pool. The food is quite good and includes a lot of choices.

Staff so helpful and friendly and the breakfast is delicious!
