We had a lovely stay at Gaia Cosmo Hotel in Yogyakarta for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything was great, from the spotless room and bathroom to the smooth reservation, check-in, and check-out processes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the breakfast area and the food. Everything tasted delicious, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's parking space is quite limited, so we had to use the valet service, and our car was parked in a designated parking area outside the hotel. However, this was not an issue at all, as the arrangement was convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here. We were satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and facilities, and we would definitely love to stay at Gaia Cosmo Hotel again on our next trip to Yogyakarta!

Everything was great. The TV is outdated, just one suggestion: I think you should start to invest in smart TVs so we could enjoy Netflix or others, since the TV channels are not really interesting.

Asked for Singaporean breakfast, only to be ping-ponged between 4 restaurant staff just to place the order 😭😂

Stayed on September 29-30, 2026. Turns out I got a balcony room and it was really comfortable. My sister had a birthday, so I requested a birthday treat. It's just that because it's an old hotel, there's no smart TV yet, and the bed is starting to sag a bit. But so far so good, I'll be back again.. And one more thing, check-in time shouldn't be at 3:00 PM.

Celebrating birthday and they gave me a complimentary. Good hotel, unique, and it's actually a good place to unwind.

Always a pleasure to stay at Gaia Cosmo Hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I once lost my phone (either at Grab or elsewhere), but thanks to the help of the front desk team (Ms. Sari and Mb. Natali), I was finally connected to a Grab driver and my phone was returned intact and quickly. Thank you also to the two security team members who were also very helpful.

What an experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy. It's spacious with a lot of storage. Their coffee was amazing, I personally love it.
