The AC isn't cooling to the touch and the engine is noisy. The faucet is leaking and won't close properly.

Close to everything. Pratunam Market, Tofu, Platinum, December, Big C, Centralworld... Everything is within walking distance. Plus, there are plenty of eateries nearby.

Comfortable, clean, and near from market a lot of food

The hotel is okay, a woman's paradise, because the way out is a shopping area and there are lots of food stalls.

very strategic location close to everywhere and close to places to eat. clean room and AC is also very cold. The facilities are quite ok, it's just a hassle to access the elevator up and down, you need a card. then for soundproofing it is very lacking because we can hear people in the next room. even if there is someone walking upstairs, it can be heard noisy.

If I go to Bangkok I will definitely stay there again.

strategic location. easy access and close to many favorite shoping centre in Bangkok. so many delicious bangkok street food arround the hotel so you don't need to book room with breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, the location is near the Partunam market. Access to everywhere is close, there are scales in the hotel lobby. Recommended. I want to stay here again if I go to Bangkok.

Strategic location, outside the hotel there are many food and snack sellers. Close to Food Center, walking distance to Pratunam, Platinum, December, 100Bath n Tofu. There is a taxi booking service to the airport for a fee of 500 baht. The room is quite spacious. The TV is not a smart TV yet and the lighting in the bathroom is lacking. Please provide lighting for the shower area so that it is not dim.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, the location is very close to Pratunam Market and there are many foods around the hotel, until late at night. The hotel staff is friendly.

Strategic location near from Pratunam Market, Platinum, December, Central World, Siam. Staff is friendly. I stayed for 4 nights and I think if I go to Bangkok I will stay at Patra Boutique again. Thanks.

Good service, receptionist kurang ramah shift sore

The hotel was quiet, asking for early check in at 1 pm was not possible, had to wait. Entering the lobby, the smell was very unpleasant.
