Fast service, clean room, strategic location for my activities, delicious varied breakfast during my 6 day stay

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a very strategic location and received a free room upgrade. It's close to Halim Airport and just steps from the Cawang LRT. It was a very pleasant stay at Harper Aston.

The room is comfy and clean. The food also is terrific. However, the coffee could be better.

Please change the pillowcase. It's so brown it feels like it hasn't been changed. Everything else is okay.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and all the amenities were functioning properly and were satisfactory. The food was also delicious and appetizing. We checked in and were served by a very friendly and informative male staff member. We also met a very friendly female staff member named Sherly before leaving. It was a truly delightful experience.

the location is very strategic, near LRT station. Not far from Jatinegara station. it will be great to stay here next time

There's no comb, no pencil, the AC is old-fashioned, the view isn't good either.

The most memorable thing about staying here is the delicious food, for me it's really suitable... The hotel room I chose was near the swimming pool so it was so cool I wanted to dive in, all the facilities felt premium, I had time to go to the gym and hang out at the restaurant, there was Singapore laksa which was really delicious and a must try... THIS HOTEL IS DYING NAMED HAPPER MT HARYONO CAWANG.

Checked in with a child, asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking one. The room smelled of smoke.

The check-in process was fast, the staff were also very friendly.

The rooms are spacious and the facilities are excellent. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'd love to stay here again, especially in the junior suite.
