Pros: The room is clean, but pretty basic. Shower, soap dispenser, clean towel, toiletries, drinking water were provided. Air conditioner and water heater are well functioning. No fridge, no coffee/tea, no kettle. But there 's water dispenser just outside guests ' rooms if you bring your own coffee/tea sachet. Quite close to sundry shops, restaurants, clinics, self service laundry, supermarkets, banks-all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Cons: No elevator so it 's quite difficult if you brought luggage bag. Strong smell of cigarette lingering inside my room. Don't know where it comes from. Gave bad headache to me 🤦🏻‍ ♀. Nak termuntah pun ada.

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Ipoh, location is very easily accessible to food and shopping.

Nice, clean, ok for shorter stays. Ac didn't work for a while, luckily I didn't want to use it.

Unlike what I have read in the review section, this hotel is actually great for the price it offers. The hotel staff (or I think he’s most probably the owner) is very accommodating. I even extended two more days at this hotel..

The bed and pillow was very uncomfortable to sleep and early morning the staff working on the the floors were noisy!

The room is not suitable for family

There is still some room for customer service improvement

Too noisy and no parking and the toilet door cannot close from outside.

So far so good, but location was nice, only thing is hard to find parking if driving.
