It was horrible, with so much hair and stains. It looked like a short-term stay. We didn't stay overnight and left the same day. We were scared of getting sick!

The rating is very low due to inadequate facilities, the bed sank, contraceptive packaging was found, and the linens all looked old because some of them had lipstick marks. The hotel staff's service was good and they were quick to ask for help.

This was my first time staying in a basement room. I was looking for the bedroom... but it turned out there were stairs leading down. The building is from the Dutch era, quite creepy and cold. The facilities are quite complete, and everything works well.

Came here at night during the rain... plus, the atmosphere was truly creepy. The colonial building was incredibly cold. Despite its strategic location and bustling surroundings, I got a room outside. Oh my... so spooky. The facilities are standard for the price.

I booked a room at this hotel for my nephew who was taking the college entrance exam. It's close to campus. The room was clean and comfortable.

Close to the tourist areas of Lembang, Upi, Gerlong, at first I was a bit hesitant about the reviews of this hotel, it was a bit scary, maybe because of the building and the dim lighting of the hotel, but after 7 nights it turned out to be normal. Overall, according to the price, don't expect too much.

the location is strategic in front of a famous university in the city of Bandung. the room is comfortable. it's just that the bathroom is lacking in maintenance. the lights should be replaced with brighter ones. overall I think this hotel is good.

The room is damp and there are lots of ants in the bathroom the blankets and sheets are itchy and not changed

The location is good, but the room and all the facilities are not very clean, there is no telephone so if you need anything you have to go back and forth to the reception even though the room is very far away. Plus it's raining.

Even standard/deluxe rooms should have a bathroom mat.

At first I was a bit paranoid because I saw the hotel reviews were scary, the building is indeed an old model but overall it was safe, no strange incidents whatsoever. The cleanliness of the room, there was a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, probably from previous visitors. The towels smelled really clean but there was no toothbrush, the AC was really cold, the TF could be turned on, the wifi signal was strong, but there was no white light in the room so it was a bit dim, there was a refrigerator but it wasn't plugged in. The rest was really comfortable because it was in 1 building, 1 room so it felt really private.
