the place is very comfortable and very strategic

We're booking this in hurry, so we didnt read the policy about 2 person in a room. The staff were helpful in finding solution. So it's nice

Good and comfortable hotel. Few remarks: the bar was closed. They were painting the outside of the hotel and our bikes (parked at the designated parking spot) were covered with white paint drips. They keep an eagle and cockatoo in cages, please let them out, poor animals.

It is fun to stay at Luta Resort with family because of its strategic location and proximity to tourist attractions.

Friendly staff, efficient service, cleanliness very satisfactory, perfect location in town. To be recommended. Love the garden.

Untuk harganya, nothing special, problemnya adalah kamar seakan tidak pernah di bersihkan, sarang laba-laba di kamar seperti terlihat di foto. Air di kamar mandi berubah menjadi coklat dan terlihat sangat jorok ketika hendak membilas toilet. Entah apakah berhubungan dengan kondisi sungai, kolam renang juga kotor seperti tidak diurus, padahal kami datang dalam kondisi high seasson libur anak sekolah, dan sepertinya hotel tidak siap. Sarapannya juga terkesan biasa untuk ukuran harganya. Saya tidak akan terlalu banyak komplain jika harganya lebih murah 20%. Baru kali ini saya komplain terlalu banyak terhadap layanan sebuah hotel. Untuk layanan staff hotel, termasuk sangat baik, dan memuaskan.

Suasana kurang terang. Sebagai hotel bintang 4 tidak cocok karena salah satunya tidak ada lift, TV perlu di perbaharui, khususnya di kamar junior suite

The water in the bathroom is cloudy, coffee and sugar are not prepared in the room, the breakfast is very standard, the room is not clean

Friendly service, there are connecting duplex junior suites and superior rooms, perfect for large families on vacation

Overall experience is OK but I can see a few things that the management can improve on. Cleanliness of the bathroom of my “superior room” type can be greatly improved. Hall ways are too dimly lit, more lighting of the hallways can add to a livelier ambiance of the resort. Hotel staff are nice and helpful.

The room wasn't ready to use when we arrived.

Breakfast is ok, paid yesterday in cash only, on the 3rd floor there is no lift so let's exercise.

The lights are dim, the ac is off, not friendly.

There is no elevator, even though you can get a room on the 3rd floor. Duh. But other than that it's cool. The rooms are clean, the beds are spacious, the air conditioner is a bit noisy, the breakfast is adequate, the swimming pool is deep, not suitable for children under 7 years old. Siip.

Near everywhere, it is not difficult to get public transportation (for example: Sitor or angkot), as well as many car and motorbike rental.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic. There are several restaurants located not far from the hotel & can be reached on foot. Breakfast is also available at 6 a.m. The room was good, just that there was no lift and the water quality (for bathing) was not good because it was a bit sticky & smelled bad.

Cool view towards the same river and spacious, clean rooms. Good breakfast.
