The staff is friendly, the location is also very strategic, just cross the street and you will immediately arrive at the heritage village of Kajoetangan which is viral on social media. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is hot water, the only downside is that the AC in my room is not cold, I set it to the coldest temperature but it is still hot. Everything else is okay...

Overall, it's okay for a very budget price. The room is clean, the AC is cool, and the bed is soft.

The room was great, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, too. The location is perfect for sightseeing. I'll definitely come back next time, it's so much fun.

It's a hassle. 1. They ask for a 200,000 IDR deposit. Even 4-5-star hotels don't ask for a deposit, let alone cash. If you use QR code, the deposit is refunded 3 days after check-out. 2. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but a 50,000 IDR discount voucher for dining at the restaurant next door. The restaurant only serves non-halal food. 3. The room is very small, with no kettle, tea, or coffee, only bottled water. The staff are friendly, but the management's service system needs improvement regarding breakfast and the deposit.

In terms of comfort, the hotel is really good, finding food is not difficult, the hotel is located right in the middle of the city.

The room is spacious, there is a balcony even though there is no view, the bathroom is clean.. the downside is that it smells a bit damp, the shower faucet is a bit hard to close, if it's not right it keeps dripping, there is no water heater to make hot drinks.. but overall good.. the location is also really good..

The location is right in Kajoetangan, so you don't have to worry about finding food or entertainment. Just leave the hotel and you're in the center of the action. The superior twin-bed room can accommodate up to 4 adults, but amenities are limited to 2 people. The room has a balcony. The bed is also large, a king-size bed. The bathroom lacks a towel rack. The shower doesn't have a glass door or a divider from the sink, so water spills everywhere. Tissues are also not available in the room. You have to ask the front office for a water heater. A 200,000 IDR deposit is required for the room key upon check-in. Non-halal breakfast is available on the 7th floor at Pork n Barrel, which is open 24 hours and comes with a 100,000 IDR meal voucher per room. So if you order food that costs more than 100,000 IDR, you have to pay extra. Halal food is available next to the hotel (they collaborate with a local cafe) called Benambyar. The winning is in a strategic location, the bed is big for this type and the service is friendly.

Really enjoyed the food, room, and location although a bit dirty and trash on the balcony. But not comfort for the service. Suitable if you like unfriendly staff concept and self-service loading and unloading your luggage. Better to bring only tote bag for the next trip👌🏻

Stayed for the first time at this hotel with my family. This room is really comfortable for 4-5 people, even bringing toddlers is safe. The bathroom is super spacious and clean with strong water. The king-sized mattress and pillows are super comfortable. Stayed 2 nights here and were cleaned every day. Left for a Bromo tour and returned home, the room was clean again. The service is super. The hotel is in a strategic location, there are lots of food. However, there is no water heater. But overall, it is very good, starting from the service, location, to the room.

One of the hotels in Malang that I recommend. It's strategically located on Jalan Kayoe Tangan. There are plenty of food and drink vendors along the street. For around 500,000 Rupiah, you can rent a room for 4-5 people. Opt for the superior twin room, which has two queen beds. It's well worth it. If you're a pork lover, the hotel restaurant also serves food. There's also a pub and bar on the 7th floor, serving alcoholic beverages and soju.

More than I expected. The room was spacious, the location was very strategic, near the rail station and other attractions.
