Exceptional Comfort and Hospitality at 56 Hotel Kuching. My recent stay at 56 Hotel in Kuching was exceptional, effortlessly earning a perfect 5/5 rating. Despite featuring basic amenities, the impeccable service and overall comfort undeniably emulate a 5-star experience. The location is highly advantageous, situated conveniently near the city center and Kuching International Airport. I was thoroughly impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, which fostered a tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided is sensible and satisfying. However, my sole concern pertains to the cafe's capacity. The current chairs are somewhat unsuitable for the space, making the area feel rather cramped during peak hours between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Adopting appropriately sized seating would vastly improve the dining experience. Ultimately, I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful establishment and eagerly anticipate my return.

The hotel has a rather dated feel, noticeable from the strong woody smell throughout the property, which gives the impression that the building is quite old. While some may find it nostalgic, it could be off-putting for guests expecting a fresher and more modern atmosphere. As for the breakfast, it is fairly standard and similar to what most hotels offer. There’s nothing particularly memorable or unique about it—it does the job, but doesn’t stand out in any way. Overall, the stay was average, with the hotel’s aging condition being the most noticeable aspect.

For 12 days the service was good, all the employees and managers were very friendly, the food was delicious, the location was strategic, the cleanliness could be improved a little more for now it's quite good. Next time I will stay at this hotel. Thank you so much.

Everything was good, close to Borneo Medical Center and lots of food around the hotel, and the mall was also nearby. The room was comfortable and clean😊

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Loid. The room was spacious and clean, and the room staff were responsive to customer requests such as toiletries, etc. The food was delicious, and the city was not far away, especially if you want to seek treatment at the nearby Borneo Hospital.

Paid for the price of RM160 but x such a price of RM160. TV problem, hard mattress. Staff is ok but service is not professional

The bathroom smells of urine. Just wash yourself with water and soap and the smell will go away.
