This was my second stay during Eid. I really enjoyed the varied and delicious sahur menu, and the strategic location. There are plenty of street vendors and restaurants nearby.

Overall, it's still okay. However, cleanliness seems to have declined somewhat; for example, the sheets look a bit worn. Likewise, the twin beds feel cramped.

Suggestion for management: My family and I stayed in two rooms on Thursday, March 26th, and checked out on Friday, March 27th, 2026. Before Friday prayers, we informed the receptionist and asked for permission for a late check-out, no later than 12:45 WIB, because we wanted to pray Friday prayers at a nearby mosque. I returned around 12:35 WIB to find the room dark and hot. The family who stayed there said the electricity had been turned off since around 12:15 WIB. Is this the hotel's standard operating procedure (SOP) for "pushing" guests out? I had informed the receptionist and asked for permission for a late check-out beforehand.

We assure you that we had no intention of cutting off the power or disrupting your checkout. Our room key system activates automatically and expires at 12:00 PM. Therefore, we kindly request that guests requiring late checkout reactivate their keys before 12:00 PM at reception. We apologize if, on that day, our staff did not fully inform you of the late checkout procedure, resulting in the inability to reactivate your key. When I was about to check out, I was shocked to hear that the mug or glass was broken. I asked my husband and he found out it was chipped from the start or chipped. I threw the chipped mug away, afraid the next guest would be charged again, but after explaining that it was chipped from the start, I was able to check out. The hotel was clean, but the breakfast was only chicken and eggs, so hopefully they can fix it.

twin reservation, when checking in asked smoking / non-smoking and it turned out the twin room was still waiting / not ready at 6 PM finally just got the one that was ready because I wanted to take a shower after traveling from Jakarta, there was sup. king size. overall it was okay .. only the bed runner in the room was full of stains 🤪, so it was a bit strange.
