This has no place aka STUPID. Which of the traveloka did not help, they said the order was non-mandable and non-refundable.

I'm a bit disappointed staying here, I think the name of this hotel has its own building, I don't know it overlaps with a budget hotel, for 300k, you get room 202; 1. Can't drink water 2. Toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush and small liquid soap are not available 3. There are only 1 towels 4. In the picture it appears there is a bolster pillow, it turns out that in the original it didn't get 5. The average TV has ants, everything is in the picture it's not clear, the tv remote doesn't even work 6. The sheets have holes in them, cigarette marks 7. The air conditioner is cold but looks dirty 8. The bathroom has a lot of cobwebs in the sky, but the hot water works well. Well, how about it, it's better to order a budget hotel than this, because the price is more tilted. I share my stay experience according to what I saw and got. Thank you.
