The facilities problem. Tv no signal, 1 lamp not function, shower heater not function, late giving towel. Not valuable.

Less satisfactory, many facilities are broken, TV is broken, shower leaking toilet door stuck.

Bed sheet uncomfortable. No soap provided in toiletry. Room is dusty and dirty. Bathroom was wet when first come in. Hot shower not hot at all

Clean and tidy with no food available at the hotel.

It was a really bad experience! The bed is with a lot of cockroaches! And the aircon is water leaking like a waterfall. Made complaint requested to change room, but no available room at that moment. Besides, there's no towel provided in the room, need to request from the counter. We would never come back to this hotel again & again! Thank you!

No shampoo/shower gel provided, check with counter, reason was supplier havent supply the stock 🤔🤔🤔 Need to improve for pest control of the room

Good and worth the price, the sheets ade the impurities and tear a bit, overall is ok.

Soap in liquid form stored in a mineral water bottle. Like so cheap. It was not worth the price. Bed sheet and pillows were dirty. The towel was also dirty. Totally unsatisfied.
