The kitchen is closed at night. It might be better if there was room service, as I'm a bit lazy about leaving my room for dinner. The place is comfortable, so I'm a bit lazy about leaving my room.

Please check the water, tea, coffee and sugar again.

Hotel staff is friendly, check-in and check-out is easy, access is very easy.

The hotel reception staff was very friendly, I asked for bathroom footwear, and they gave it to me right away. The technician was very quick to turn on the AC in the room when we complained that the AC wouldn't turn on, the technician immediately entered the room to turn on the AC. The tap water was a strong fountain, the hot water also turned on quickly when we just turned it on. Got a toothbrush, toothpaste and bar soap. And walking to the front of the hotel you can find lots of snacks and food like meatballs, the cuanki is delicious. The only downside is the cleanliness is lacking, on the terrace of the room after the rain, the terrace tiles were wet and there was a lot of trash from other customers. The room tiles were full of small trash and dust, there was hair from previous customers on the mattress. It was a bit disgusting and ticklish to see it. Overall, I was satisfied staying here, hopefully the cleanliness will be improved.

Overall highly recommended, only one thing missing, no towels provided.

I want to come back here again if I go to Bogor again

I checked in at Traveloka and got a price of 450 excluding tax for that price with the facilities available in my opinion it is lacking.. first check in at the lobby there was no one waiting for about 20 minutes, for towels it was informed that there were none because they were wet.. but the officer did not provide them until the next day, soap was also not provided toilet tissue ran out when asked by the officer yes there was indeed no tissue (no apology and not proper), the bathroom was dirty, mineral water was not provided only coffee, tea and sugar for the swimming pool the water was itchy too much chlorine when checking out the officer when asked for the ID card seemed to not understand and took a long time

The staff is very friendly and helpful in checking in easily, the atmosphere is also nice, God willing, I can come back again.

It's quite ok, there's a balcony, but it lacks chairs or a DJ table on the balcony. Hopefully it will be better in the future. Other than that, it's good.

For accommodation prices under 200 thousand but getting a natural, beautiful atmosphere like this is really worth it because when you wake up and open the room window, you can get a peaceful view, hear the sound of birds and flowing river water ☺️

twice stayed at Tridaya hotel quite satisfied with affordable price with quite good room, tv air conditioner water heater electric kettle all work, there is coffee tea sugar prayer mat amenities towel. the atmosphere around the hotel is cool many trees & the sound of gurgling river water. there is a balcony room can be used to relax. the staff is friendly. the food is delicious and affordable. the location of the hotel is not far from the peak highway & around the hotel there are many food stalls/sellers. the first time I stayed when checking out my cellphone charger was left in the room. a week later I checked in again, I asked the receptionist it turned out my cellphone charger was gone/not stored :( but it's okay. I am quite satisfied staying at Tridaya hotel.

The good: 1. The location and access are very easy and close to the main highway of Puncak, the benchmark after the morning and evening restaurant is an alley to the left then enter, exit the Tridaya gate there are quite a lot of people selling snacks or food. 2. The facilities are quite complete, in one Tridaya area there are villas and hotels, there is a swimming pool across from the hotel, you get amenities (toothbrush + 2 toothpaste, 1 small bar of soap), there is a shower + water heater, there is a wardrobe, you get 2 towels, there is a TV + many national channels, there is an electric kettle + you get 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 tong tji tea bags, 2 sachets of coffee, 2 cups, the AC works well and is quiet (the AC uses an inverter), there is a small clothesline, you get 1 prayer mat, there is a balcony for a view of the garden, there is a prayer room on the 1st floor of the hotel, there is a restaurant and meeting room on the 1st floor of the hotel. 3. The cleaning staff is always there every morning and offers to sweep or mop 4. The atmosphere is beautiful and cool because there are still gardens and trees, the view is quite good but the mountain is not directly visible. 5. The hotel staff is friendly, serves 24 hours and there is a security guard. The bad things: 1. There is no canopy for the motorbike parking area, if it rains, it is better to bring the helmet or other items on the motorbike to the room. 2. There is no drinking water gallon if guests want to refill drinking water and have brought their own tumbler so we have to stock up on bottled drinking water. 3. At that time we stayed for 2 nights but for bottled mineral water, tea, and coffee we only got 1x at the first check in it was already available in the room (usually if you stay for 2 nights you get 2x) 4. If you want to walk out of the Tridaya area, it is quite far from the hotel, maybe 1km, but if you just take a morning walk it is also nice. 5. For room no.113, the queen bed in the bathroom in front of the sink, the floor is swollen with water, the water does not drain so it collects there, the water heater is sometimes not warm. 6. For amenities, there is no shampoo, only 1 bar of soap. Overall, it is recommended to stay here, all the shortcomings are still understandable but the location and room are good.

A beautiful and cool place for a vacation with family and partner. Recommended place and standard price, friendly service and clean place.

The room was clean, the atmosphere was good, but there was no wifi password and the TV had no signal so the TV couldn't be turned on.

The staff is friendly, efficient and neat just like at home.

The hotel staff is very helpful, the room is very clean, the location is strategic. Highly recommended for resting when tired of traveling in the Puncak area.
