Spacious, clean rooms, delicious, and affordable food. Complete amenities, including a swimming pool and basketball court, which my son loves.

The view from the hotel is stunning. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, always providing helpful answers to all my questions (car rental, hiking routes, safe massage services, tourist attractions around the hotel, etc.). The room and hotel area do not give a luxurious impression, but are clean and very comfortable. During my stay, the hotel atmosphere is calm, perfect for resting. The food menu at Kanna Resto is delicious and very affordable, the atmosphere is nice to sit and relax. The breakfast menu is okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of menu variety and taste. I came at the beginning of durian season, right in front of the hotel gate, there is a small stall selling delicious and affordable durian, a paradise for durian lovers.

Stayed here for 2 nights in rooms 216 & 217. Ample parking. The hotel staff were all friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area. The TV was also unusable due to no signal. These two things need to be improved.

All good!! 1. You absolutely must wake up at 6 AM and walk uphill to the back area for some exercise and enjoy the free natural oxygen with a view of Mount Slamet. 2. Using Gojek/Grab is highly recommended for those who are alone and don't have a car. 3. You absolutely must visit the pine forest and the many waterfalls. Beautiful. 4. The breakfast area really needs a thorough cleaning. It's very up and down. It's a hassle, but okay.

I've stayed there twice and it's comfortable... The food, although not extensive, is delicious... For the price, it's quite worth it, as it offers a direct view of Mount Slamet and offers a jogging track for my son, who loves badminton.

The room was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant could be improved, as ours was too salty yesterday. Also, please consider the game area in the restaurant, as it's fun for those who play, but noisy for guests who want to enjoy the cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was okay. I'd love to come back to this hotel again on my next vacation. Thank you, Grand Kanaya.
