It was cool since I was in a solo room and it was cheap. I really didn't need that expensive accommodation since I was always out roaming around the city. Good choice for budget travelers!

This hotel is sucks! Rude! And dirty! Its not even considered as a hotel. It is also the opposite of a "mansion".

Good location and nice view from the rooftoop but the toilets are clogged. I can also hear sounds from the other rooms since wall is not concrete.

Room is dirty, unfriendly staff, clogged drainage of cr, we asked to replace our towel but no action was taken, poor service, no elevator, no assistance even if we are carrying luggages, no bidet, we don't like the free breakfast.

The room was good, but there are mosquitoes in it. Some toiletries need to ask in reception, that it should be already provided in the room (like tissue paper and floor towel).

We booked our hotel months before our trip but from the time we arrived they said that our room is not available. we waited for few hours before they can give us a room. the receptionist was impolite. they prioritize foreigners as well. smelly room.

The room was at the roof deck (4th floor), with the herb plants around and overlooking the city. However, it was like an isolated area. When it is raining, no shed, no roof before going to the bathroom or if you were from downstairs. The front desk staff were not "gentle" and kind. Do they really want to serve/help?

Room was simple yet complete. Free breakfast is okay but might be a problem if you plan on staying for several days (food is the same everyday). Location is close to Rival Blvd and Dumaguete Port.

The worst customer service ever. We were looking to stay another night but were having issues booking online. The lady behind the desk was so unhelpful and had more interest in what was going on on the show on her tablet. We left the next morning. On the morning check-out is 12. At 11.20 a member of cleaning barged through the door when I was going for a shower. Disgraceful really.

We were given a double bed, a not so clean room and smells like an old rug. We asked the staff to clean the room but it made no difference. I am ok with no free coffee, no free water, no free tea as long as we have a comfortable place to stay with. Good thing the aircon is working ok, other than that there is no reason to go back. Staff are not friendly. There are a lot of decent place to stay in Dumaguete for a very reasonable price.
