I'd like to share a little about my very memorable first stay at this hotel.
1. The check-in process was very fast and the staff were very friendly.
2. The service was excellent, definitely a ⭐5. The staff, from security, reception, housekeeping, etc., were very friendly and greeted everyone they met. Sorry, I'm not exaggerating, I've had various experiences staying at hotels in Makassar, from ⭐3 to ⭐5, but some of the staff were friendly.
3. The cleanliness, from the lobby, the first floor breakfast area, the smoking area, to the hotel corridors, was spotless. I commend the housekeeping staff for their diligent workmanship, especially since the entire area smelled amazing. 👍👍👍
4. In my opinion, the room was very nice and neatly arranged, especially the clean and fragrant sheets and bedcover, plus the water heater worked well. I recommend guests staying on the 9th floor for a sea view. The view is truly breathtaking.
5. The plus point is the strategic location, next to a minimarket, shopping center, and other food stalls. It's a real treat to shop around Losari Beach. It's recommended to have more funds, especially if you have small children. 🤣🤣
Suggestions for the hotel:
1. If possible, add side dishes and desserts to the breakfast menu (side dishes include fried foods or noodles, while dessert includes donuts or traditional snacks).
2. It's a bit unfortunate that the WiFi is currently being repaired. 😭
3. If possible, add some freshener to the toilet. I stayed for two nights and was a bit bothered by the smell. Sometimes it smelled like a septic tank, sometimes it smelled like a sewer, luckily the smell didn't last long. A suggestion for other guests is to close the toilet door after use.
4. If possible, at least in a nice room, provide a kettle/water heater for brewing coffee or tea. I saw some heat-resistant cups in the room, but they weren't used.
That's all, that's all and thank you.😉👍
