Thank God, yesterday, during the UT graduation ceremony at UNAIR, I was looking for a place to stay nearby and found this place. The owner was very friendly. For the price, it's perfect for those looking for a quick break. The shower was broken, but it could probably be fixed. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Sorry, no photos. Dad didn't have time to take one. I booked a room at Sakinah Homestay for one night because I had business in Surabaya. According to Dad, the hotel staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and comfortable. I recommend booking here again if I go to Surabaya again. Thank you 🙏

The owner very very friendly. Very strategic location. Unfortunately, the bed in my room is quite uncomfortable, it feels like an old bed and make loud sounds. I hope that this can be an input to improve, good luck :))

For the basic facilities available, it is sufficient to meet the standards. It's just that for Wi-Fi, of the three available Wi-Fi connections, at that time only one could be accessed. And even then, to access it, I had to leave the room I was in to go near the reception area. Hopefully after this the Wi-Fi in the homestay can be improved so that the internet can be accessed in any area in the homestay, including in the upstairs rooms.

I am disappointed with the facilities and services, for the price of 200 thousand this is irrelevant. I ordered a double bed, but instead I was given a room with a single bed. The condition of the mattress is also not feasible. The shower flush doesn't work properly. Cleanliness such as blankets and towels is doubtful, then it is not open 24 hours, if you want to travel early in the morning you should contact the officer to open the exit. I want to visit the inn at 9 am but the inn is still locked. Not recommended at all. Hopefully better future.

The rooms are comfortable, there is a fish pond in the living room which can reduce stress. Suitable for backpackers who only stay a few days, per day does not make a flat bag.

I like the room, but the service is not pleasant. Too calculating and stingy (I only asked for warm water to drink and not given. Too sad) and the room lights included were dim.

Always stay here if parents go to Surabaya. Affordable prices, okay facilities, but the wifi is improved. Location of the place is okay.

The waiter is just one person. Boarding house does not provide hot water for drinking. It's a pity to bring a small child who wants to drink milk, disappointed.

The bedroom and bathroom are poorly maintained. Mattress is less comfortable and lots of mosquitoes. There are no tissues and toiletries only towels. Television exists but the picture is not clear. Please improve so you can come again and be comfortable to stay.
