Sudah beli tapi gak sempat menginap, customer service gak koperatif dan gak bisa membantu. Cuma pengen istirahat 2 jam (salah pilih kamar ambil yang single bed tapi karena berdua dengan suami makanya diminta lagi cash 100ribu.) gak ada kebijakan sama sekali. Padahal di hotel sebelah bisa pake single bed berdua, apa lagi cuma transit 2 jam. Sangat mengecewakan.

Actually this is a good hotel, the breakfast is delicious, it's just a shame, in my room there are cockroaches, especially in the bathroom, there are cockroach smells, just fix it and pay attention, I think it's still pretty good this hotel, the service is friendly too.
