The toilet is moldy and has a bad odor. I had to tiptoe to enter because it was so unpleasant, and I even bought bathroom slippers just to use it. As for the room floor, it feels sticky after showering. Please improve the cleanliness next time. Additionally, please replace the iron with a new one, as there are burn marks on the back of the iron. My clothes were almost torn because of it. Thank you.

We arrive late around 12 in the midnight. Checked in was ok. When we were in the room about to sleep, someone knocked our door loudly. I said why? the guy asked how many people in the room. What the hell, when we walked in front of the counter you should know how many of us. Because nobody checked in at that time except us. Really disturbing our sleep.
