Poor soundproofing, old rooms, but helpful staff.

The breakfast wasn't very good, the soundproofing wasn't great, and check-in was late. The staff were friendly though.

A wonderful place to stay, a peaceful retreat. Outdoor dining with live music is really relaxing.

A bad experience here. The hotel has a beautiful location, a beautiful beach, and basic amenities like other luxury hotels. But the service is terrible. My room is very far from the lobby, and the hallway is very hot because there's no air conditioning. I accidentally burned my heel and couldn't walk. I reported it to the hotel but received no assistance, so I had to hobble back to my room. I asked the receptionist to check and adjust the hot and cold shower, but they didn't show up for half an hour. No one came to help guests with their luggage when they arrived or left; only when the staff saw the manager helping guests push their luggage did they bother to help. The hotel is large but there are too few staff on duty at the lobby. Breakfast was okay but there weren't many options. The room is spacious and beautiful but very old, the bed linens were yellowed. I think the hotel should invest in replacing everything.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. I booked it for just over 1 million VND per night and was extremely satisfied. They cleaned the room every day and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely worth it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke; I reported it to the reception but nothing was done. The door was damaged, and the furniture was old and worn.

My experience here was quite good, with only a few things that didn't please me, for example: the receptionist hung up on customers, the shuttle bus to the safari made guests wait a very long time, the furnishings were in poor condition, the balcony door wouldn't open and the technician wouldn't fix it even after repeated calls. Everything was good for the price (clean room, decent breakfast). However, I hesitated a lot before writing this: Hoang Thao restaurant is right next to FLC. Writing this might make the restaurant less popular, but not writing a review would be unfair to customers! Honestly, if you want to experience a combination of bad food, stale seafood, and high prices, then go to this restaurant.

The FLC Quy Nhon resort experience was fantastic. The resort has a beautiful beach, a large and clean swimming pool. The air is fresh and cool. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from your hotel room. It's very convenient to get to Eo Gió, Kỳ Co, and Nhơn Lý fishing village from FLC. 1. The food is decent. Having tried all the dining options, I can rate them as follows: The breakfast buffet is relatively consistent, with drinks changing daily; the other dishes are quite basic compared to 5-star hotel standards, rated 7/10. All-day dining is reasonably priced, with decent flavors, but doesn't offer as many drinks as listed on the menu, rated 8/10. Room dining offers the same dishes as all-day dining, and the fact that it's served until 10 PM is a plus. Rating 7/10 2. Room and amenities: I booked a Studio Deluxe King room. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony view, but the furniture was very old. The bed linens and pillows were yellowed and of poor quality, making them stuffy and stiff to sleep on. The bathroom almost didn't drain properly, and water pooled in the middle of the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The refrigerator was almost not cold. The sea water is clean and I got to experience it. The room is spacious and I like staying here because experiencing the sea is my top priority.

The distance from Quy Nhon city center is a bit far, so traveling and eating is a bit inconvenient, but in return, there is wonderful nature, beautiful sea, near Ky Co and Eo Gio areas. Suitable for families on vacation.

The vacation was great The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the restaurant. And played the games in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
