I didn't have high expectations when staying here, but this incident really made me uncomfortable. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. WIB to find the AC turned off and the room was hot. I waited and waited, but the AC wouldn't turn on. I called the operator and asked why the AC was off, but they said there was a problem and it would turn on in half an hour. By 7:00 a.m., the AC still hadn't turned on, and the hotel staff hadn't responded to my complaint. 😥

I absolutely love coming here, and I stay here almost every time I visit PKU. Even if I stay at other hotels, I always come back here. It's strategically located near two malls, has a peaceful atmosphere, and has a pool for you to enjoy at an affordable price.

The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, offer city views, are clean, and have drinking water provided. Breakfast is also delicious and comprehensive. There's also a swimming pool—a real 5-star experience.
