The room is spacious, the bathroom is also big and clean. Looking for breakfast and dinner is only 170m. The intention of one night became 3 nights because I saw the room and bathroom were clean.

First, the staff service is okay. The location is also strategic, close to the TP mall. Only in the bathroom facilities, for the towels, please update them because they are like pieces of towels that are not suitable for guests who stay. With a hotel price of 350 thousand for towels like this, what should I do?

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms needs to be improved, especially the pillows which smell sour.

The hotel staff is quite friendly & the check-in process is very easy. Got room 205 (Twin Beds) which is very spacious, there is only 1 bed whose leg is broken so the bed is a bit uneven when used to sleep. The bathroom is quite spacious & the hot water is strong, it just seems like the toilet hole needs to be cleaned more. The downside is, this hotel does not have a laundry service, but the hotel staff is willing to help find the nearest laundry service. Overall, staying here is quite pleasant. 👍

Kamar tidak sesuai pesanan karena kamar yang saya pesan sudah dijual pihak hotel ke tamu lain.

Recommended buat pasien RSIA Ferina, karena lokasi dekat dengan RS. Ruangan juga luas, bersih. Toilet juga bersih.

Check in dan check out simple tidak ribet, kamar luas, kebersihan oke, kamar mandi juga luas, air panas oke, amenities lengkap sih. Overall dengan harga segitu sangat-sangat recommended.

Internet tidak bisa connect, air panasnya lama, sekalinya keluar mandet”, minta air putih d hari kedua ga d anter”in sampe harus ambil sendiri ke resepsionis, pelayannya ramah, service parking juga oke.

New room, location near Tunjungan Plaza even though the front is quiet and there is a river.

It's just good, there are no windows, the soap and shampoo can't be pumped, then I checked in at 3 o'clock and waited for the room for about 30 minutes but it wasn't ready, but for cleaning the room and so on it was really okay. Too bad there's no window.
