Sheets, towels are not okay..towels are yellow. Water heater was broken, had to take a cold shower.

Family suite is comfortable for family with big and small kids as it is very spacious. Tea making facility provided are glasses and mugs and some instant coffee mix. Water have to be taken outside the room, a Coway or cuckoo water dispenser provided but on my level the hot water was not working so I have to go to level 3 which was luckily not too far. The aircond was slow to cool but was functioning. Toilet also nice.

receptionist is unacceptable cause take time so long to check in cause by lack of knowledge about the email in the computer. room is hot because the positioning of the air conditioner is done by a kid i guess.

Unpleasant room odor, no bottled water available even if written in traveloka apps provided bottled water, no window room, unfriendly hotel, bad hotel, no lift hotel, no phone available in room. Pillows smelled bad and hard. Wall paint crashed.

Spacious and cheap room only with no kettle available in room, should be out of room for hot or cold water.

Was given a room without window. Toilet cleanliness is good. No coffee making facilities in the room. There is a water dispenser along the corridor to the staircase. Stayed in room 306 - third floor and no lift. I woke up with bites on my body and realised it was from the bed bugs from the hotel room mattress. There is no parking facilities from hotel but hotel provide council parking ticket for street parking. Plenty of restaurants available within walking distance.
