Staff is super helpful, one of the staff guided us to the Executive floor for check-in to avoid waiting in queue. The room is spacious and clean.

The location is strategic, close to the city center, the service is friendly, the food is delicious..

This is a personal experience where I chose this JW Marriot Hotel to celebrate my birthday because of the advice of a friend who works at the embassy and also my husband's advice. 1. Good security and friendly security ⭐️5 2. Check-in was already queued (I arrived at 4 pm), met Mr. Morrazio who I and my family know because I often stay at the Ritz Carlton and finally served by a stiff male FO who seemed inflexible so that incomplete information was given to me. ⭐️2.. I have conveyed this by phone when I was in the room because I wanted to know the swimming pool information. 3. The water in the bathroom (room 1902) kept flowing so that the floor was slippery.. there was no solution that made us comfortable, the water kept leaking only the towel from HK held it, so the towel was wet until check-out. ⭐️1 4. The capacity of the swimming pool is blurred from 12 people to 25 people, this is a public lie, because the swimming pool is small so they should know the maximum number of guests who will swim.⭐️0 5. Ordering an Omelette alone takes 20 minutes at Syailendra Restaurant. ⭐️2 6. The staff at the swimming pool (to ask for towels) are always missing, not on standby, so when we want to ask for 2 towels and there can only be 1 in the locker, and ask for information he is not there, then when we have finished swimming in the afternoon, we are asked which room 😅😅. ⭐️3 7. This hotel is not suitable for celebrating birthdays..⭐️3 8. Check-out is better than check-in (thanks Mbak Sarah and Mr. Sukma) and have listened to our complaints, and taken to Lotte using the hotel car. ⭐️5 First experience is not impressive, then just look for another hotel 🎈🎈

The room is big and clean with good service. The location is very strategic and not too crowded. During break fast the food is very varied and delicious

Friendly staff, satisfying breakfast, complete facilities.

Hotel room is very cozy and wide space, foods and breakfast are delicious and recommended, only hotel receptionist was slower & too long to prepare administrative hotel room when I was firstly check-in, need to fix this in the future

security is too tight....they use sniffer dogs too..it's scary too..over all it's nice..it's just that the swimming pool is really small

I really like staying at Marriott, the food is delicious, not failed, the taste is just right, because there are 5-star hotels with B-quality food.. but Marriott doesn't have friendly staff, okay facilities.. for cleanliness, it should be improved again, because the swimming pool and playground areas are a bit less clean, thanks..

Semua karyawan sangat ramah. Kamar bersih. Hal yang minus:- Saluran TV sangat terbatas.- Tidak ada colokan charger USB.- Kolam renang sangat kecil.- Makanan rasanya sangat kurang untuk hotel sekelas jw marriot.- Penunjuk arah menuju Hotel sangat minim, sehingga saya harus bertanya dahulu untuk ke lobby hotel lewat mana.

Complete food, comfortable rooms. Friendly employees. Only the security smiled expensively, especially at the car entrance gate to the hotel area, maybe I was mistaken for a grab driver.

Thank you for the excellent service of all hotel staff. And thank you for the birthday cake. Really really. It really gave me an incredibly pleasant surprise. Who is having a birthday. Maintain what is good and even improve it. My suggestion is to park at B2. Please don't lock the door when customers check out because I have difficulty getting out. Thank You
