It was a nice location to stay while your trip to Fansipan.

The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist named Selena. The location is very good, just a few steps away from Sun Plaza Station, Sapa Square, and restaurants outside. Surely will recommend this hotel if you’re going to Sapa.

Everything was 5-star. Receptionist Xuan/Selena helped us with everything we needed, from bus tickets to Fansipan, weather information, motorbike rentals, and more. She made sure our entire Sapa trip went smoothly. The cafe serves delicious food at reasonable prices, unlike other cafes/restaurants that are expensive and don't suit Indonesian tastes.

Definitely stay here again if I go to Sapa

I had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Centre Hotel and would definitely recommend it. Location: The location is excellent and very strategic—only about a one-minute walk to Sun Plaza, making it very convenient to get around Sapa. Room: The room was relatively clean and spacious. The family room comfortably fits up to four adults. The amenities are generally sufficient; although some appliances, such as the refrigerator, did not work optimally, this was not a major issue as the restaurant staff were very helpful and assisted us with whatever we needed. Staff (highlight): This is truly the hotel’s biggest strength. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. Dua Lipa and her team were especially helpful—they assisted us with booking bus tickets to Hanoi and even helped arrange tours and fun activities without any extra charge. Their hospitality made the stay feel very personal and stress-free. Food: The breakfast was very good. They also serve Pho upon request, and the taste is comparable to other notable restaurants in the area. Additional note: For guests arriving early in the morning (for example around 5 AM), the hotel is very helpful and allows luggage storage, which is a big plus. Overall: This hotel is very worth the price and highly recommended. The biggest highlight is definitely the staff—their friendliness and helpfulness truly elevate the entire stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very strategically located right in the heart of Sapa city, close to tourist attractions and coffee shops, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room facilities are complete, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent, especially Mrs. Selena, who was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was quite varied and delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is a great option for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sapa in the future.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful during check in and check out, and helped carry the suitcases to the limousine.

It was spacious. The location really match the name, on the centre of sapa so you can reach the sun plaza, the church only by walking. The checkin process took a while but the staff is helpful. Even though you cant early check in, they provide free luggage storage 👍🏻 I only hope that the hot water no need a long time to come out.
