Modern hotel, clean. Room is affordable, I was off 500k again. The receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast diverse, appetizing. The only minus is that the soundproofing room doesn't sound very good, because I heard the noise from the corridor and the sound of children probably coming from the next room. However, overall the hotel still deserves a high score.

Convenient for arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport on time without delay for the flight

Slightly further from attractions, but you could get around easily with uber/grab (about 10-15 mins to the city)

A bit small and old than photos. Seem this is a hotel for tour agents with group of tourists. I, at first, was given a room with strong tobacco smell, luckily they moved me to the other better room. The bed and stuff in room are quite old.
