The facilities are so bad, the hotel is horrible and terrible, the bedding is old and unclean, the room is moldy and smells bad

I stayed at Boss Palace Hotel for 2 nights and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, comportable and had all the essentials I need.

I was assigned 608 after I clarified suite was my booking. Upon entering room surprised it was not 50sqm as described not typical suite with 2 sections. Bring down my stuff back to reception as my room seems to be deluxe triple. Not understanding English the reception decided to show me up 609 explaining both were their biggest room size. I was more happy with 609 cleaner newer renovated setup. Everything works okay hot water, not noisy, sony bravia, a/c cool. No complains exactly the same room shown on hotel photos, just not 50sqm as described nor really a suite. Us$40 a night not exactly good value in this location.

The hotel is so bad, the rooms are small, not clean and too noisy, the sound is too bad, the conversation outside or in the room are clear.

The attitude of receptionist is disappointed. He is not only ungraceful but impolite as well

Each location is near the market, the evening dining area is quite plentiful. Opposite the hotel, which has access to the dormitory, is also the breakfast area, especially a cafe with delicious and reasonable price lunch. And the hotel staff had an unfriendly attitude, so the juice on the blankets was fined 200,000 VND for washing, swab in unopened packages that were speckled with black sheets like insect eggs, did not clean the room even after staying for more than one night

The location near the night market has many delicious dishes, opposite, there is a good cf restaurant, opposite the alley to the collective area, there are also many breakfast dishes, especially the delicious pho restaurant, there is a cafe in the evening. Lunch selling rice dishes, very reasonable price. For the hotel: for early check in the hotel is luxuriously decorated, it seems that no guest is needed, the room is clean, stay for 2 days without cleaning the room, when requested, then clean, the staff is poor attitude. The most frustrating is that my child made juice on the blanket and forced me to pay a fee of VND 200 / laundry, the price offered by the hotel itself. No matter how you say it, you cannot negotiate, do not ask guests before washing, then say always 400k / 2 pieces

Clean and comfortable hotel, easy to find location and also in the central area Compared to other 3 star hotels, this hotel has better prices.
