I stayed here for one night as a transit guest. I got a twin bed, and one of the beds was already tilted to the side. Since I was sleeping with my child, the slightest movement almost caused it to roll down. Management should immediately replace/repair the damaged facilities. Due to the heavy rainfall, the parking area was quite flooded, with some water reaching ankle-deep due to the uneven ground.

Just once, I stayed at Khas Hotel. The pillowcases were musty, the bedsheets had lots of blood stains, the floor was non-smoking but someone was smoking in the room so much so that it could be smelled in our room.

The location is perfect for staying because it is close to Pekalongan square and close to recommended places to eat there.

I booked a non-smoking Executive room. After a long trip from Yogyakarta, I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM. Checking in, I was given the room I booked. I entered the room, but it wasn't the right one. The smoking room was so smelly that my children, who are allergic to cigarette smoke, couldn't stay in the room. I complained. The receptionist told me that upgrading to a suite would cost an additional 1 million Rupiah. However, the receptionist helped me contact the hotel manager, Mr. Imam (if I'm not mistaken). After my complaint, my room was upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. I had a good rest, and the room was non-smoking. Thank you, Manager. You are the best. If I go to Pekalongan, I will stay again.

The breakfast (the main menu) on the table was less varied, very few menu choices, not interesting. The place was also cramped, had to lean back when taking food because the space between the dining table and the table and chairs was really narrow. The fruit (fruit satay) was not fresh, it had been put in the freezer beforehand so the fruit was limp and not very tasty, inedible. It was really strange that it was served to guests who wanted to eat. Only in this hotel when checking out we were told to wait a while, the room was checked to see if anything was missing.
