The location is very strategic in Semarang, and the food is friendly & diverse for the kids.

I had a pleasant two-night stay here. The hotel is close to the city center and the train station. It's also quite close to the mall. The room is spacious with a connecting door, which the kids loved. 😊 The hotel staff are friendly, with Uut and Evi being very helpful and responsive.

The central AC leaked so the room floor was wet and reached the carpet, causing a musty smell.

Room 607, entered the room with a connecting door, initially I didn't mind the connecting door. However, after a while, I realized that the toilet sounds from the next room were clearly audible, and the sound of conversation could also be heard. It turns out, the room divider only uses a gypsum partition (or whatever) which is definitely not permanent (like a wall). So, we were forced to talk very quietly for fear of disturbing the other room. But the room-by-room structure is like this. Please make the hotel management concerned about this.

The service is indeed good and satisfying for the staff from Kak Tiara and Betris.
