The service is too bad, there are no rooms left but it still shows on the app that there are rooms left for the customer to book and then when they arrive they say there are no rooms left, while the money has been collected on the app, the app cannot refund, I asked the receptionist how to refund and said they don't know.

The hotline wasn't picked up when I called them, twice. The toilet wasn't clean and the room had some kind of bad smell.

There is a spa with a super convenient restaurant. Near the center and only 150m from the beach, friendly receptionist, clean rooms, when I saw there was no free water on the table, I asked the receptionist and it was filled right away. The hotel has just reopened so I understand. Everyone should experience it.

My name is Van Anh, me and my family just had a wonderful vacation with my family on the occasion of my leave in 2022 at Art-Deluxe Hotel Alley 98 Tran Phu, Nha Trang. The hotel is located in a place where you can go anywhere, close and convenient: one road to the sea, surrounded by a population of cafes, restaurants with all kinds of Asian and European dishes. Professional staff, friendly, enthusiastic with customers. Although it is a 3-star hotel, I feel like I am staying in a 4-star hotel. If I have the next time to Nha Trang, I still choose Art-Deluxe.
