Okay, I will review. I was very impressed staying at Livio before, but yesterday I immediately took 2 days at Livio family type. I immediately entered and it smelled musty, smelled of wet socks.. the AC was cold, but it was not made to be humid. I brought a baby, it was really uncomfortable.. the carpet has never been washed?? the sofa pillowcase smells of someone's hair, there are white hairs scattered around, not swept? The sheets are not changed every time a guest checks out? The service is okay, but if the hotel has 1 star, I'll give it a minus star. No cleaning at all, the bathroom floor is very slippery.. the room is really bad.. for breakfast, the chef doesn't care at all. The fried chicken inside is raw.. the kwetiau looks like flour when cooked, I swear the BF is really bad.. honestly yesterday was the last time I will go to Livio again. 1 more, the security guard was a black Easterner, I parked the car but he banged on me asking me to park it..before I stopped, he opened our door, until I panicked and the car started on its own..oh my, I only went to Livio twice, thanks..the wifi is also useless, there is wifi that doesn't work
