The location is very strategic, easy to find food, etc. The room is relatively clean, with clean shower gel, and a soft mattress and pillows. The bathroom is clean, but there's no shampoo or conditioner. Can the 2-in-1 soap be used as shampoo? I haven't tried it. However, there is a hair dryer. There's a wide selection of breakfast options, from Indonesian to Western, and the food tastes great!

I stayed 3 nights with my family, overall it was ok, only the breakfast variant was still lacking, it needs to be upgraded again.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and Nyepi at this hotel was very pleasant, the service and staff were very friendly ❤ but this hotel must improve several things, namely the variety of in-house restaurant menus and breakfast menus, several items in the room need to be replaced/repaired such as the shower handle, the door to the balcony which is difficult to lock, the entrance door whose card often errors, the curtains that have started to come off a lot and MOST IMPORTANTLY for guest comfort, the pillows must be replaced immediately because they are too thin, the air conditioner also needs to be serviced often. Hopefully in the future Diamond Hotel can immediately fix everything and maintain good service! Thank you
