This was my fourth stay at this hotel, and it was a disappointing one. During the rainy season, the hotel was quite empty. The room was located on a lower floor with a view of the neighboring rooftops. The toiletries were sparse and insufficient. The food was poor and much worse than on previous stays, especially the traditional pastries which were stale and cold. The only redeeming factor was the very enthusiastic service from the reception and security staff.
