The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I booked a Deluxe Double room, but the hotel gave me a Twin bed. After I complained, they replaced it with a Superior Double bed without any satisfactory explanation or refund. I am very disappointed with the hotel's service.

The room was centrally located, convenient for getting around, however, the amenities and overall experience weren't great. I stayed in Sapa on a cold day, but the air conditioner broke down; the technicians came to fix it but couldn't. The reception staff didn't answer my calls. The windows were leaking water, causing mold on the walls, which looked very unhygienic.

The hotel room is not like the picture. The room is stuffy and hard to breathe.

The location is very close to the center, the staff is extremely friendly However, the sink drain has signs of being clogged and the water is draining slowly, the room I stayed in did not have sunlight so my experience was not complete

The location is strategic in the city center (close if you want to go anywhere, whether to Sapa Station or looking for food & souvenirs) The front view is directly to Sapa Lake, very beautiful. The blanket in the room is also warm, able to withstand the cold of Sapa City, automatically sleep soundly. Highly recommended!..

To be honest, the service is friendly, but it turns out that they didn't understand the claim policy from the application until I was chased on the bus by the hotel staff because they said I hadn't paid, to be honest, it's really embarrassing.
