Cheap room price, commensurate quality

Old hotel, a room like a medium-sized motel in Hanoi

Feeling extremely unhappy, I had booked a room before the whole month but went to the place where I had canceled the room while I paid all the room fees. My group included 9 people, had to sit idly by the hall for hours, the reception was poorly handled, the service attitude was not good, I would never come back.
