3.5-star hotel but can't invoice guests?
- Pretty old facilities
- The receptionist attitude is not enthusiastic
- The floor is dirty when checking in
- When checking the room inspection staff could not find towels because they did not search carefully, according to which the receptionist had a bad attitude in solving the problem, guests had to go to the room to find the towels themselves and I found the dropped towel. under the chair?
