The hotel is near the city center. I booked and received room B202. The room was large, clean, and had a mountain view, but the bathroom had a foul odor that permeated the entire room. The wardrobe was rickety, and the doors creaked when opened and closed. The staff were helpful in addressing the issue, but the smell persisted, and they offered to change rooms. I hope the hotel will have someone to completely resolve the bathroom odor and address the interior issues so that future guests can have a better experience.

The location is great, and the view from the room is very open. The parking area is small. There's no refrigerator, but the interior is designed to look like it's inside. The room has a slightly damp smell, and the toilet vent is too high to close properly, so there are mosquitoes in the room at night.

The staff were enthusiastic and pleasant. I was very pleased with the staff who helped carry our suitcases from the entrance to the back. We had a small baby, and they even helped carry our luggage upstairs. The road to the house was a bit far and deserted, but the staff made up for it – a perfect 10!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying here! I spent a long time choosing before finally deciding on this one. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting me with booking because I only booked one night, and then I booked another night. The space is clean, the bathroom is great, and it's very cool inside, but thankfully there's no mold, so we always prioritize staying here. Besides that, the hotel also has a hill view from the dining area; I took many photos of the hills at night from the hotel. I'll definitely visit this hotel again in July! 🥰

The view was absolutely stunning; I prefer a quiet atmosphere, so I chose Gold View. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the simple furnishings were quite convenient. I had a small child and needed to cook porridge, so the staff helped me use the kitchen to prepare it for her. Overall, I found it suitable for families. Next time I return to Da Lat, I will definitely choose Gold View again. I really love the view.

The hotel room was spacious, stylish, and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the city center. The service was excellent; I forgot some belongings at check-out, and they were very helpful in shipping them back to Saigon. It was truly wonderful and definitely worth experiencing.

Visiting during cherry blossom season, with beautiful weather and a lovely experience at Gold View, made me fall in love with Da Lat a thousand times over. I regret not booking a higher-category room to enjoy the panoramic view; my lower-category room was well-equipped, clean, and warm. The staff were lovely; even though I checked out a little late, they were still very helpful and even helped me with my luggage after check-out. Next time I visit, I'll book a room with a view—it was already captivating from the lobby!
