The room was not clean. There was a lot of dust, like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The TV was old, the refrigerator wasn't cold. Some rooms had broken showers, the water wasn't working properly, the room card sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I always had to wait for someone to open it for me. The other day, I had something to do nearby so I stayed there for 5 days :)) In 5 days, I changed all 4 types of rooms from high to low prices. As for the receptionist, at first, the male receptionist was very ok, but the female receptionist was terrible, she had no work experience, was not friendly, and her attitude was obvious. She talked rudely. I yelled back several times :)). Every time I go in and out, I feel extremely uncomfortable. The security guard who watches the car at night also demands money openly :)) In general, my experience there is not bad but VERY BAD :( If there was no work, I would not choose to stay there. The owner should also improve the clean and luxurious rooms, along with a more polite and civilized staff, so that the facility can develop even more. (Best regards)
