During my stay, the toilet flush was clogged, and there were no toiletries like toothbrushes. The staff was very difficult to communicate with. The phone in the room didn't work, and the room wasn't cleaned for two nights. I left my clothes behind, which was my own carelessness. But before checking out, I left my belongings behind, and when I returned, I wasn't informed that I'd left them behind. Terrible staff.

Quite comfortable, but the room smells bad.

I stayed for 2 nights and every night there was always a problem. The first night I had to fight over the AC remote with the guard. The second night I had to fill the toilet before using it. Please pay more attention to the comfort of the tenants in the future. Thank you.

For the room facilities are quite good. I stayed for 4 days but the room was never cleaned. There was only 1 towel available. Even though I had told the officer but it was not immediately prepared. Overall quite recommended

For the receptionist, please stay on standby, because it's really hard to find a receptionist and for the toilet, the good part needs to be repaired again.

Hotel access is very strategic, the room atmosphere is decent. Maybe it would be better if the room was a little brighter. Amenities are also still incomplete. Maybe you can add something like toothpaste and so on. The staff service is okay but some things are still a bit unprofessional. It should be able to be increased. Hopefully in the future it can be improved and maximized more optimally

This is the studio type 25. Usually I use the deluxe if I'm not mistaken with a price of 250/night. This studio type 25 with a new design around 150/night is very very worth it! For just a staycation a bit far from the hustle and bustle to relax in the room is also okay. The AC is okay, the refrigerator is clean, there is a table and chairs, the room is a bit narrow because it is a studio type, the bathroom is clean, you get shampoo and soap, there are 2 clean towels, and a TV with many channel choices too. Wifi works very fast. It's comfortable at Deva, recommend 👌 👍. It's just that for some reason in the morning there is always a bit of noise (maybe the staff are cleaning or the repairman is fixing the room on another floor) so far, this is good for a staycation or just looking for a place to sleep for a few days, although the location is a bit far from Denpasar but close to Canggu and Seminyak, and around the hotel there are Alfamart, Indomart, and Pepito.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Only because there are some renovations so during the day it is a bit noisy with workers' voices. Overall during my 5 night stay it was okay and maybe I will come back again when I go to Bali again.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Ada netflix juga Kuala Lumpur mau berdiam aja di kamar. Kebetulan kmrn dipindah ke yg Deva Amerta dekat Gusto. Parkir hanya muat 1 mbl kecil, motor aman. Parkir mbl tambahan ada bareng di lokasi parkir di lapangan depan gang bareng gusto (tarif 5rb). Sekitar 100 m jalan dr parkir ke kmr. Staff ramah.

Booked atas nama teman, namun perbedaan nya kamar saya tidak mendapatkan dapur, ac tidak dingin, tidak mendapatkan sofa. Ukuran kamar lebih kecil. Membayar dengan harga yang sama dengan yang punya teman.

Untuk yang ke-3 kalinya saya menginap di sini. Namun, kali ini tidak terdapat gas untuk memasak dikarenakan apartemen baru direnovasi dan sistem gas-nya belum terpasang. Untuk lokasi sangat strategis dan banyak convenience store di sekitaran apartemen. Kamar jarang dibersihkan. Selama seminggu menginap hanya 1x dibersihkan. Toilet flush-nya seperti biasa saya masih kesulitan. Wifi agak lelet. Terdapat fasilitas Netflix. Breakfast sekarang sangat beragam dan enak. Overall masih menjadi apartemen terbaik. Ke depannya harus memastikan apakah dapur sudah bisa digunakan atau belum.

Bagus dan bersih, sayang kompornya nggak bisa digunakan sehingga nggak bisa buat kopi.

Untuk lobby-nya terlalu kecil karena hanya ada 2 kursi tunggu. Di saat check in, kamar pun belum ready 😇
