Best hotel in chiang rai in my opinion. Near town, only 150 meter from clock tower, big room, and also clean too. The hotel's staff really help us about anything, laundry and vehicle. There is free bicycle to use in the hotel if u wanna go anywhere. Overall I will stay there again if I go to chiang rai someday.
