Take the 3 new place in the wrong golf area of sam. Old room, moldy, even wallpaper, spent more than 1 million but received very poor service

Too secretive, I have to stay one day unbearable to change rooms and they just changed it

The hotel is too bad .. The facilities are degraded, the wooden floor is slippery .. The breakfast is too bad .. The transport from the hotel resort is more than 2km to the Swissbel .. The reception service is 22:30 electricity The phone does not pick up. In short, not satisfied. Book hotel Golf has to add money to the villa. In general, not satisfied

Nice and clean landscape, nice clean rooms, good service; but need to fix on some light and less delicious breakfast foods!

We had a great holiday, the resort was very nice and quiet, staff friendly and enthusiastic.

Beautiful resort, great room, clean, friendly staff, in Tuyen Lam lake so suitable resort. There is a shuttle bus. But I prefer to eat breakfast at the resort rather than the belly-swiss breakfast.

Great place to enjoy but the reception for room service should be improved
