The front office staff is friendly, very helpful. The room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, the room is quite clean. The hotel is located on the side of the road, you can get a room in front but it is still comfortable, not disturbed by the sound of passing vehicles. There was a power outage for about 30 minutes, but the hotel's response was a bit slow to resolve it, either due to PLN interference or the hotel's electrical interference. Breakfast is according to the price, the restaurant service is friendly.

1. Room 106 has no windows, so it feels like it's in a basement, making it impossible to sleep 2. The hot water is unstable, it turns on but then disappears, then after it cools down, it turns on again, it keeps repeating 3. Ordering food at a restaurant is never possible, at night at 7pm I was rejected because they only open at 9:30pm, in the morning for breakfast at 8pm I wanted to order fried noodles, it's okay to pay, I was rejected too, usually at night

Not worth the price. I got room on the basement floor. New TV but the remote doesnot work. Air conditioner remote display was broken. Maximum hot water output only warm water. Small parking space.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. The room is cramped, smells musty, mattress pillows and ugly yellow sheets. Rooms are not clean. The ac remote is broken. The room telephone is broken, there is no Qibla direction, the food is very ordinary.
