The most comfortable place I always visit 🫶

Very satisfying, I have been coming here since last year, it is very comfortable and spacious.

Clean rooms, cool air conditioning, a clean private pool, and a strategic location. Overall, it's a recommended place for families to stay.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, but the swimming pool is lacking, it looks dirty and mossy, I don't dare to use it 🫠😩

I got a JIVA room and it was beyond my expectations because the swimming pool was dirty, the lights were dim, it smelled damp, the bathroom shower leaked water everywhere when it was turned on, and the water smelled, I was forced to shower with water like that which was not according to the application.

Huge, clean, each floor has a large living room, each room and bathroom are very large, the swimming pool doesn't smell of chlorine, car parking is available at each villa, the receptionist is friendly, the other staff are also very friendly... thank you Sanur Villa Art

We had a great stay at the villa! The place was spacious and comfortable. The pool and lighting could use a little improvement, and the building is a bit older, but overall we really enjoyed our time there.

The Sanur area is really great here, highly recommend

The staff and villa employees are friendly, there is only one problem, the villa's automatic water pump is broken so when you want to take a shower you have to call the villa staff to turn on the pump manually. Stayed 2 nights until check out, the automatic pump was not replaced 😞

Overall the villa is good…. I stayed at Villa Nikhita on December 20-21. The staff was very friendly when I checked in. The staff also came immediately when I chatted to check for possible gas leaks👍🏻. But there are some lacking cleanliness in the villa, the areas that I highlighted such as the trash under the sink from the previous guest that had not been thrown away, it was indeed covered but that did not mean it was invisible to others. The lights in the pool area were off, the outside area was dark🙃. The next day, the electricity and water were off around 10.15, I confirmed the receptionist via chat but there was no response, could not get out of the villa because of heavy rain, until finally I checked out, an hour after I checked out, they sent a message to ask if I had checked out without responding to my previous message.

For this price, it's really worth the money. Even though it's in an alley, the place is really homey.

The location is unbeatable, but my God the cleanliness is really lacking, starting from the bathroom that smells musty, the garden by the pool has not been cleaned of fallen leaves. And the walls are starting to crack.

The place is nice, the only thing I love is the water. The pool makes your body itchy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room is very comfortable.

The AC in the room which I stayed was not cold enough, even though it has been set to the coolest setting and the staff's were notified, also refilled the coolant but to no avail.
