Had a perfectly lovely stay at the Old Town Chiang Mai Boutique. It was in a great location, central to everything we wanted to see. Also had a comfy bed and kind staff. 10/10 would stay again.

Fantastic little hotel in Old Town. Perfect location, extremely clean, great shower, and actually comfy beds. We extended our stay because we liked it so much!

This property was more than we expected. The room was huge, clean, fully stocked with what we needed. It is located on a quiet street very close to all the action of old town Chiang Mai. The staff is amazing. I definitely recommend Old Town Chiang Mai Boutique. Worth the money

This Hoekstra is only about 6 years old, not far from the night market, great little restaurants and of course, surrounded by temples. There also a coffee shop attached and a great coffee and bagel place across the street. I would definitely stay her again!

Negatives: Room was ok, but much smaller than the pictures indicate. The shower did not have hot water half of the time. The maid left our room door unlocked one day after cleaning. Positives: Hotel staff is nice. Location is great, right in old town an walkable to many nice locations.

clean, quiet place. economic and meet basic requirement. no stair case. no hot water at tap. if you have higher budget, you can find a place with more greenery and with a garden or yard.

Great location in Old Town Chiang Mai. In the mist of a local community wish makes the experience more special. The staff was very helpful and gave personal service with transportation, tours and other request. Great value overall. Strongly recommended.

This was perfect for our trip! The hotel is walking distance of a lot of cool shops and bars! The staff is super friendly, the lady at the front desk gave me a great recommendation for a cooking class and a local coffee shop! We are already talking about staying here again for our next trip!

My friend and I had a wonderful four night stay at the Old Town ChiangMai Boutique. It was well situated within the Old Town and easy to access from the airport. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We did not have breakfast as we often visited the smoothie bar around the corner but the staff were always smiley and happy to help. If we return to Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay there again!

Pros 1. Clean 2. Walking distance to bars and restaurants 3. Friendly staff 4. Free breakfast option 5. Security and 24 hour front desk 6. Frig in room, free water on request 7. Great shower pressure and plenty of hot water Cons 1. Rooms are small, im 6ft and was ok but if u are 6ft 3 inch or taller will have to worry about hitting your head. 2. Not a great view, but im a single guy so i didnt care 3. Not a glamorous 5 star hotel, but is great value for what you get I would definetly stay again!

It's a three stars hotel. The thing that bugged me the most was the smell in the bathroom. There is always this strong smell in the sink everytime after you wash your hands n etc. Could be that they didnt install the P trap pipe so there is this disgusting smell kept coming back up. Also the shower is really tiny. I think it's meant for Asian people only. You will have to squeeze in to get in the shower.

Good location and quiet in the evening. Only shortcoming is that there’s no elevator in hotel so you have to carry your luggage if you live upstairs.

The location of the hotel was great--walking distance to so many great temples and restaurants and shops. The hotel had a lovely garden with a pond with koi and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was a bit small and wasn't as nice as the outdoor setting. They provided drinking water with the name of the hotel and address which was helpful when getting a taxi home.
