The good thing is, the people are very kind and very helpful, very polite, quite clean and the room is spacious, parking is also assisted so it's not a problem. The lack of food is because maybe they use catering from outside, they don't cook it themselves so the food is all cold, and for 3 nights the food is the same all the time, the porridge is cold and the side dishes are very little mixed in the porridge, and around 8 o'clock many people have finished their food. The toilet also leaked and the water came out a bit smelly.

The service was top-notch. There were a few issues, but the management resolved them. Breakfast was pretty good. I'll just add that the bathroom was nice, but there's one downside: it doesn't have an exhaust fan, so it was a bit stuffy in the room I stayed in. I don't know about the other rooms. Disappointed.. I booked 2 rooms of type 2 single beds but the hotel arbitrarily changed it to 1 queen bed with the excuse that at that time there was a group staying so my room was changed without prior confirmation.. Disappointed even though I booked 1 month before

You can see Panderman Hill and Mount Arjuna from the rooftop cafe, but it wasn't open at the time. Its location is close to Batu Square and Batu Plaza, making it very convenient. Finding breakfast early in the morning is also easy.

I took a deluxe room, right in front of the pool. The staff was super friendly and polite. The room was clean and fragrant. Check-in and check-out were fast. Unfortunately, the cafe restaurant was closed, but there are many food vendors around the hotel. It's also close to souvenir shops, pizza hot and Indomie, so you can buy souvenirs while walking around. The hot water only took 3 minutes to get warm. Although there is air conditioning, it was turned off because the room was already quite cold. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the TV is also good. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. Next time I go to Batu, I will stay here again.
