The room facilities need to be better maintained. There were already lots of water spots on the glasses and the kettle still had water in it (from the previous guest). Breakfast was okay for the price.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. While the room itself looked clean, the washroom had a strong unpleasant smell that did not go away during our stay and the Wi-Fi was very slow. We hope the management addresses this issue for future guests, as it significantly affected our experience.

It's just that the floor of the room feels sticky when you first enter the room, it smells damp, but after the AC is turned on it gradually disappears.

We always stay in this hotel when our trip is in Manado. Walking distance to many food stores and coffee shops.

I have stayed at Genio Hotel several times, because the staff is friendly, access to the city center is close, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious.
