The room was a bit dark, the hallway lights turned on and off immediately when waiting for the elevator.

The room is a bit old, not clean, the equipment is old compared to the picture, the swimming pool is small and old, under repair but not reduced, the breakfast buffet is not diverse and the wait is long, even on weekdays. Especially the hotel is in a small alley, traveling by car is very inconvenient and tiring when moving, parking a car is 120k/day. A bit disappointed when experiencing it directly. This is a suggestion, hope the hotel will be more complete, especially the hygiene part

The room rental price is very ok, including a buffet, although not many dishes but suitable for the price, the dishes with broth are very tasty and delicious. The hotel is not far from the beach, right in the bustling area with many Western guests on Tran Phu street. The room is a bit old, I stayed in room 803 with a wooden floor that was dented and warped, walking with bare feet easily hurt my feet. The room is fully equipped, clean; has a balcony overlooking the sea. The receptionist is enthusiastic, I arrived at 9am and was checked in, no charge. I rented a motorbike outside and not from the hotel, but the hotel security guard asked me why I didn't rent from the hotel even though I said I was familiar with the place and still tried to ask why I had to do it with my ID card. And during the 3 days of my stay, when I went in and out, the attitude was unfriendly, unpleasant; my face looked like I was drunk or on drugs; this is the biggest minus point of the hotel. Everything else is fine!

Everything was fine except when I checked in I had to wait 1 hour for the bathroom faucet to be fixed. I would like to add my personal opinion that the hotel should repaint the railing outside the room to make it look nicer for the sea view room.

I had a honeymoon and vacation here. The hotel is clean, spacious, airy. The staff is cheerful, attentive, the receptionist is lovely and enthusiastic. There are no 10 points but ❤️ each of my rooms does not face the sea so I cannot take pictures or watch the sea hic

Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Khách sạn đi bộ 5p tới biển, hồ bơi tầng 20, phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, nệm êm ngủ ngon. Có 1 vấn đề là đặt app qua City view tầng 7 và 8 là nhìn sang nhà đối diện, muốn đổi tầng cao hơn phải bù tiền. Biết là khách sạn tham gia app sẽ mất phí nhưng sẽ phân biệt khách app và khách trực tiếp. Nhưng làm kinh doanh như vậy là 1 sai lầm

Tầng 11 wifi yếu không dùng nổi, phòng nhà tắm có mùi và không sạch sẽ
