location is far from the beach but 10 minutes walk so not that bad. no breakfast, check in process was slow because booking was in junk mail and they took time to retrieve. but finally they upgraded a room type for us because we booked 2 nights and it was cheaper on the first night but they allow us to stay in the better room for both days.
